how it works

Buying a used building

  1. Initial chat What the building is for and roughly what size. We tell you what is on the ground now, because used stock is whatever has come back in, and you are welcome to come and look at it.
  2. Site assessment Access, ground conditions and where the building has to sit, so delivery is priced on the site rather than on an assumption.
  3. Finalising details Price, any refurbishment or extras, and a delivery date, all settled before you commit to anything.
  4. Delivery and setup Transported, positioned and set up. Anything agreed at the quote is done before it leaves the yard.

Used buildings turn over quickly and what is here is what we hold. Everything is sold as inspected, so it is worth arranging a look before you commit.

Prices are as currently listed and include GST. Delivery is quoted separately. Stock changes, so confirm availability when you get in touch, and quote the reference so we know which building you mean.
