Some sites need something outside the usual range: a gatehouse at the entrance, a storage building for equipment and tools, or a shed built to a particular layout. We hire these on the same terms as the rest of the range.

- Delivery by truck and crane, arranged as part of the hire
- Permits are the customer's responsibility
- Public liability insurance is the hirer's responsibility
