A renovation, a remote job or a project that runs for months all need somewhere for people to sleep close to the work. A hired accommodation unit gives them an insulated, air conditioned room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, delivered and set up for the length of the job and gone again when the project wraps up, with no permanent footprint left behind.

Units come from our stock range with a furniture package, and pair well with a hired site office or lunchroom so the living, working and eating spaces sit together. Longer projects can have the layout, windows and doors tailored to the site.

Short term hire is available in Victoria. Longer term and interstate hire covers the eastern seaboard and Adelaide.

  • 14.4m x 3.45m Four-bedroom bunkhouse
Included in the hire
  • Insulated walls and roof, with reverse cycle air conditioning
  • Kitchenette with sink, benchtop and cabinetry
  • Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
  • Furniture package: bed, table, chairs and storage
  • Delivered, positioned and set up on your site
  • Collected again when the job finishes
  • Delivery by truck and crane, arranged as part of the hire
  • Permits are the customer's responsibility
  • Public liability insurance is the hirer's responsibility

Inclusions vary between units and stock. We confirm what is in the building for your job before it leaves the yard.
