We do both. Any of the buildings in our yard can be hired or purchased.

Short term hire is Victoria only. Longer term hire runs across the eastern seaboard and Adelaide. Sales and delivery are Australia wide.

Hire is quoted per building for the term you need. Short term hire in Victoria runs by the week or the month; longer projects are quoted on their own terms. Tell us how long the job runs and we will quote to it.

Yes. We have second-hand, refurbished and ex-hire buildings in the yard for sale or hire. See used portables and clearance, or speak to a sales consultant for what is currently available.

Energy Efficient. Where a client tells us a Section J report is part of their permit process, we automatically upgrade the materials of the building to comply. Once the report has been paid for and acquired, we downgrade any upgraded item the verified report shows is not necessary.

Depending on the building, the upgrades are thicker wall or roof panels, R-Flor subflooring, low-E glass, door closers, emergency electricals and energy-saving electricals.

Your local council will tell you. Once you have their confirmation, we build to it. Our permit guide explains what the answer usually depends on.

No, but we can arrange some of the documentation through our preferred suppliers: the structural engineering report and the Section J energy efficiency report. Electrical and plumbing certificates are supplied with every building. Glazing, waterproofing and split system air conditioning installation certificates are available on request.

Yes. While the building is on hire at your site you are required to hold public liability insurance covering it.

Our portable buildings come with a 12-month warranty.

We can custom build to almost any size. Most of our buildings are one-piece transportable units. Larger buildings that exceed transport limits are built in sections, delivered separately and joined together on your site.

The maximum length we build in one piece is 15.0m, at no more than 3.45m wide. The maximum width in one piece is 4.8m, at no more than 12.0m long.

Our common sizes include 1.8m x 1.2m, 2.4m x 2.4m, 3.0m x 2.4m, 3.0m x 3.0m, 3.6m x 2.4m, 4.8m x 2.4m, 4.8m x 3.0m, 6.0m x 2.4m, 6.0m x 3.0m, 6.0m x 3.45m, 6.0m x 6.0m (two sections), 7.2m x 3.0m, 8.4m x 3.0m, 9.0m x 3.0m, 12.0m x 3.0m, 12.0m x 3.45m, 14.4m x 3.45m and 12.0m x 6.0m (two sections). Our standard internal and external panel colour is Surfmist. Other Colorbond colours can be ordered at an additional cost. Speak to a sales consultant to check what is available or to ask for a specific colour.

Yes: standard vinyl, slip-resistant vinyl, wood-look vinyl, carpet and carpet tiles. If there is a specific flooring you are after, contact one of our sales consultants.

Our standard buildings are made from Bondor EPS-FR panel, which has a BAL-40 rating. We can also build from Bondor Metecno PIR panel, which carries a BAL-40 rating at 200mm and a BAL-FZ rating.

Yes. We use a select group of preferred transport companies and can arrange delivery by tilt truck, semi tilt truck, flat bed truck or crane truck. For sites with more complexity we can also arrange Franna cranes and dogmen for safe loading and unloading.

Yes, by tilt truck, semi tilt truck, crane truck or flat bed truck (a flat bed needs a separate unloading method at your site). Our buildings cannot be transported by tautliner truck or car trailer. Our team can help load your building in the yard by forklift if required.

We recommend not using straps slung over the building in transport, as they dent the roof and cappings. Our roof panels are fixed so that they will not detach in transit.

It depends on our schedule at the time. Speak to a sales consultant for the current lead time.

Yes. We have trusted interstate transport companies that deliver our buildings anywhere nationwide.

Our team provides basic levelling. If the building is in multiple sections, our team attends site and completes the watertight joining of the sections. We do not connect services.

One of our trained team members attends your site, lays concrete base pads for the building to sit on and ensures it is level.

If the ground is fairly level, yes: our buildings are built on a steel skid. We do recommend some form of footing to avoid rusting and movement.

No. Our buildings are wired and plumbed so that connection is as fast and convenient as possible, and we recommend a local contractor to complete it.

Complexes are by application. Speak to a sales consultant.

No, this is not a service we provide.

We can build with an external 56-series outlet for plug-in power. We can also supply waste storage tanks in 2,000L, 4,000L and 6,000L capacities. The tanks sit under the building and need to be pumped out.

No, we do not provide pump-out services.
